Today, H K Mahindar & Co. is a professionally managed entity, having its head office in New Delhi, the capital city of India and meticulously supported by its manufacturing unit, well equipped with latest technologies and modern infrastructure. It has undertaken the uphill task of providing an entire variety of exquisite paint brushes under one roof. With an intention to serve its clients’ needs more efficiently and cost-effectively, the company has made a number of alliances in national and international market. This endeavor is committed to facilitate its clients to materialize their consignment deals in a smooth, hassle-free and efficient manner.

 
History  
H K Mahindar & Co. was founded by Mrs. Kailash Vati Malhotra w/o Mr. Maharaj Kishan Malhotra in 1960. Mr. Maharaj Kishan Malhotra, as the promoter of the company, started its activities on a very small scale and developed it through the years. Mr. Harish Kumar Malhotra, the eldest son of Mr. M K Malhotra, joined the company in 1966. Late Mr. Mahindar Kumar Malhotra, younger brother of Mr. Harish Kumar Malhotra joined the company in 1973. They put their best efforts to nurture the company. Later on Mr. Anil Kumar Malhotra, youngest brother joined the company. Their passion and drive for success, a precious asset of the company was bound to provide a line of action for vast growth to the company.
But the sudden demise of Mrs. Kailash Vati Malhotra and Mr. Mahindar Kumar Malhotra (at such a young age) left the company in utter grief, however their everlasting fragrance and beloved memories kept the management and other team members together and are the guiding light that shines long after they have passed away.
